General, Renewals, Take-up

Find the client record as usual then click the “Policies” button. Highlight the policy where the renewal is to be taken-up, then…

Edit the details on the “Take-up Renewal” dialogue, as required, then click the “OK” button.

This will take you to the final screen of the renewal version, from which you can click the black “Curve Right Arrow” button to post it to the accounts (see Policies, Posting to Accounts).

You shouldn’t have needed to change any of the details, but if you did, you could always have clicked the black “Curve Left Arrow” button.
