Accounts, Set-up Invoice Texts

Starting from the “Accounts Menu”…

  • Click the “Set-up” button
  • Click the “Signpost” button
  • Select “Set-up invoice texts”
  • This allows you to enter your standard terms of business, to be included at the bottom of all your invoices (e.g. “Our terms of trade are for payment in full immediately upon delivery. All items on this invoice remain our property, and may be reclaimed by it at any time, until such payment has been received”), as illustrated below.
