Use this report to analyse your sales process with regard to the six standard “actions” in the Client Notes….

  1. New enquiry received
  2. 1st appointment
  3. 2nd or other appointment
  4. Factfind complete
  5. Sale done
  6. Case done

The report is based on the adviser linked to the client record and commission earned by that adviser in the selected period (i.e. purchase invoices to the adviser with suitable invoice dates)…
