Each user-name is automatically allocated a diary. Durell licensing is based on concurrent usage rather than the number of user-names, so you may freely create as many user-names as you like. For example, you might create a user-name called “BOARD ROOM” so that everyone in your office can check its availability and book sessions as required. Similarly, you might create a user-name called “CHASE-UPS” in which all of your client and policy chase-ups could be made, and then chased-up by whoever happens to have that job each day. Another example would be a “FEES DIARY” in which all users’ fee work could be logged. To create additional user-names and diaries see “Set-up, Users”.
